We have a great group of people, right?! AWESOME ENERGY and All-Star Performances. Thank you for coming ready to BRING IT. I looked at past scores from previous Teams… And there is Absolute PROOF that you guys ROCKED IT. We have some FIT Individuals this month. I’m honored to be your coach and help you take it to the next level, are you committed?!


Tonight in your Journal write down what you want to accomplish over the next 4 weeks. What would put on a smile on your face come Day 8. Set a realistic Goal for yourself… It doesn’t have to be about weight-loss, it can be about getting stronger/faster, getting 10 more push-ups come Finals Day. Have a vision of where you want to go and live into your destiny. Anything is possible if you have the courage to pursue it. JOURNALS. I highly recommend that you document your food over the course of the next 4 weeks. Do you what the number one reason why people are successful at the gym? Genetics, NO! … They’re organized. YUP, ORGANIZED.

Here are 10 Keys to Success

1. Know what your workouts are going to be for the week.

2. Have people in your life that support your goals.

3. Plan out what you are going to eat everyday… Don’t leave it to the mercy of New York City. Bring Snacks so you’re never RAVENOUS. (apples, almonds)

4. If you don’t know what to do, meet with someone who does so they can help you.

5. Have MUSIC on your ipod that will get you going when you don’t want to go.

6. Make Fitness your priority… Get your rest so you can bring it when you are awake and alive. Fatigue makes cowards out of us all… Don’t let tired beat you.

7. NO EXCUSES… Taking your body and your life to the next level hurts sometimes… That’s why it’s called the next level people. YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH? Get your mind right, it is possible.

8. VISION – Know what you want, if you want to lose 10lbs, wear tighter jeans, or have a six-pack. It’s all possible. Are you willing to do what it takes? We will talk about what it takes at the Team Meeting. Talk the Talk, Walk the Walk.

9. CHANGE IT UP – Don’t do the same thing everyday… Have at least 3 workouts that excite you.

10. Patience – Changing your body and your life takes Time… Be good to yourself and trust the journey. Fitness is not just about what we do on this field together. On Day 4 of Camp I am going to collect your Journals and give them to Sharon Richter, our resident nutritionist for May. She will go over the Journals and return them to you at our Team Meeting on Saturday May 14th.
